If you have found your passion in helping others solve their problems and building brand loyalty, then this role is for you! Our Partner Experience Manager will be at the forefront of ensuring our partners are happy, are deriving value from the partnership, and are becoming RevPartner/HubSpot advocates.
What You’ll Do - Some high-impact opportunities you'll tackle include:
Account and Contract Management: You will be responsible for the timely execution of partner renewals and identifying opportunities for upgrades in your book of business
Relationships: You will serve as the Voice of the Partners you work with, working collaboratively with the sales and delivery teams, ensuring deliverables are met to partners' expectations
Mitigate: Identify risks in your portfolio and create an action plan to mitigate escalations and churn, with the ultimate goal of preventing a loss in partner retention
Data Hygiene: Keep all partner account records and relevant data up-to-date
Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:
- Experience:
2-3 years experience in Account Management
2-3 years experience in Customer Success
2-3 years experience with Project Management
- 2-3 years experience with Google Sheets (bonus)
ClickUp is a bonus!
- 1-2 years familiarity with CRM systems
HubSpot is preferred
HubSpot Deals Management + Ticketing is a bonus!
- Communication:
Communicate actively, compassionately, and critically to maintain and improve the partnership dynamic
A strong ability to negotiate and understand the nuances of the negotiation process is preferred
- Strategy:
Identify opportunities for cross-sells and upsells, and proactively execute client renewals
Forecasting experience is desired
