We’re seeking a GTM Paid Media Specialist to run paid media for our Allbound partners. You will collaborate with Strategists to build, optimize, and deploy full-funnel, intent-based paid media campaigns that drive revenue growth for our partners.
What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate closely with Strategists to develop and execute GTM paid strategies.
Own and lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Planning budget allocation across platforms and channels.
- Execution:
Execute and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for Allbound clients.
Conduct audits of paid media accounts and campaigns to identify opportunities and gaps.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page creation and optimization.
Integrate paid media efforts with HubSpot (ads platform and CRM data)
- Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs like CPC, CPL, CPA, and lead quality (MQLs, SQL, Opps, Revenue).
- Track performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other attribution tools.
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to showcase impact and revenue outcomes.
- Stay Sharp: Stay current with platform updates, trends, and emerging tools to keep our campaigns sharp.
- Mentor: Guide teammates to enhance their skills and grow into more strategic roles.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs like CPC, CPL, CPA, and lead quality (MQLs, SQL, Opps, Revenue).
Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:
- Required
Role Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
HubSpot Experience: Experience with Google Analytics and HubSpot (especially reporting and ad integrations).
Campaign Performance: Proven ability to generate qualified leads and revenue from paid media sources.
Campaign Management: Skilled in campaign management, data analysis, and account audits.
Ad Copy: Strong copywriting chops and an eye for landing page performance.
- Bonus Experience:
Experience developing and implementing intent-based paid media strategies
Agency experience (juggling multiple client accounts with ease!)
Knowledge of the broader HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Ops Hub)
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Clay, SEMRush, Scrunch.ai, Vector/RB2B, Copy.ai, SmartLead, Chili Piper, Sendoso, Zapier, and more
